I've no idea whether the Pacman takes drugs or not. I just think some of the points made here are rather weak.7) Pac's genetics would not seem to indicate this type of physicality. His mother, his father, his brother. Looking more broadly, Pac would be a statistical outlier as an Asian welterweight. This is not a racist/xenophobic statement, but rather a statement of statistical fact.
Asians in western europe grow up bigger than in their native lands and is simply explained by a better diet. Also, I doubt his father, brother and mother worked out as much as him or had a conditioning coach.
8) I went to college on a wrestling scholarship and I wrestled at a high level. I have made weight A LOT, moved up in weight and been around A LOT of guys who have made weight. The ascent of Pac's physiology seems odd. To not piss people off, let me put it in a positive way, and the way that the commentators have: he seems 'one in a million'. This is an observation.
Well, the guy is one of the top boxers in the world. He's definitely a "one in a million" person. College wrestlers are unlikely to be at that level.
10) The Philippines are not well known for steroids. Unlike what PBF said. But the PI is well known for a healthcare culture. Many of the immigrants to the US have health-related backgrounds. I've met eleventy billion Filipino nurses, for example. And knocked off a few. Anyway, the Asian Rim (the geographic region, not the sexual trick) does have a thriving market in illicit pharmaceuticals , including steroids, insulin, supplements, bootleg pharma, etc. Most commonly, imported from Chinese labs. This is spec with a basis in fact.
I doubt the Philipino pharmaceutical industry or even the drugs available on the "Philipino black market" are of the sophistication needed to evade drug tests.Comment
