The average amercian is a freaking idiot and the meat they eat has growth stimulating hormones and steriods so who is reallhy on roids. back to coconut oil... Pac;s country produces a lot of it and you can gain good weight from it and it is good for the immune systema dn kills viral infections. Seriously its easy for pac to gain weight with coconut products and workouts so he doesnt get to heavy. Try some and you will see.
