    Paul Williams was impressive yesterday

The toughness, the relentlessness, and his ability to take a shot and keep coming. This guy has it all with a huge work rate and heart of a warrior.

We witnessed a great fight yesterday, a fight is hands down fight of the year.

REMEMBER IN BOXING, Styles makes fights and as we have seen Paul Williams has had trouble with guys like Martinez and other slick boxers alike. Martinez has world class footwork and head movement. However, given his skill and will Paul started figuring out Martinez in the latter portion of the fight and started imposing himself and deserved the win.

What I think is funny is that , if Paul Williams would've destroyed a 1 dimensional Kelly Pavlik who is much less dangerous and took him to boxing school like Bernard did ,half of you so called "boxing fans" would've been all over Williams nuts like white on rice in a paper plate in a snow storm.

Give credit where credit is due, The man would definitely give Cotto, Mayweather, Pacquiao and Mosley nasty problems.Thats why they have not elected to fight him. Its too risky and they might lose because he is THAT GOOD.

so as far as the " stock lowering" or the " Not deserved to be P4P" talk needs to drop because Williams looked like he had Pacquiao determination yesterday and that is what seperates the true champs from the Paper champs.

He will be great possibly a GOAT, Once he gets his chance

Keep in mind that Martinez is not that heavy handed.

To be honest,I was more impressed by Sergio-he made the guy with a longer reach have to meet the smaller guy. It was a very competitive fight.I believe that Martinez gives Pavlik more problems than Paul Williams.
Sergio's movement would screw with him-likewise, I think Sergio showed a few ways to have success against a guy with a freakishly long reach/height advantage and that he gives that advantage up in too many fights...

Heavy enough for Cintron to think his punches feel like headbutts, Martinez has some power, regardless if his resume shows it or not!
