duran retained alot of his speed when he moved up, Pacquiao hasn't gotten faster. He just throws more combinations and has a better punch repertoire now. He was faster at 130 and below. Punching power is one of the first things to go because as you move up in weight the guys get bigger so, it takes more to hurt them. Cotto and Hatton's chins have always been suspect.

Pacquiao DEFINITELY has slowed down since going up. I've never seen Pacquiao outmuscle his opponents in a clinch or when their on the ropes. Floyd is still just as fast as he was--you just don't notice it because he barely throws combinations anymore like he did in the Demarcus Corely fight.

Here is what I will say:

Roger Clemens, Alex Rodriguez, barry bonds, gary sheffield, John rocker, Sammy Sosa, mark mcGwire, Marion Jones, tim Montgomery, Bill Romanowski...
All of them were "suspected" prior to getting caught. The talk was "rumour".
