I was wonder what is the most efficient and best way to train your hand speed and head movement

I think handspeed is God given...I neva heard of someone gaining handspeed...
In the gym we use a rope that stretches across the ring to practice head movement...

shadow box with weights, speed bag, get a good jumprope and skip fast, put a rope up to you shoulder level, and use it to slip, and pivot punches, and ********** 6 times a week
this should increase your speed by a significant amount
