    Heavyweight Comeback Fighters

2005 looks like it will be an interesting year for old champions and contenders to embark on comebacks whether sucessful or not it remains to be seen. Of the current crop, which will be the most successful? Or who would you like to be successful?

    1. Mike Tyson

    2. Evander Holyfield

    3. Joe Mesi

    4. Michael Moorer

    5. Rid**** Bowe

    6. David Tua

    Others?

If tua gets his fitness back he could still win
a world title.A fit tua would ko ruiz and brewster
any day of the week. But it would take a huge effort
to get him down to a good weight.
I can't see any of the others doing much, not at world
    level anyway.

Tua is the only guy with a chnce of making some noise. Evander is shot, so is Tyson and Moorer is just too chiny!
Bowe has brain damage and probably so does Mesi. ****e up the division why don`t you!

I hate to say it, but by year's end Tyson will have improved his rep within the general sports community moreso than the other guys on the list, he'll KO McBride, then KO another no-hoper in the Fall, and the general sports fans will all proclaim "yo man Mike's fo real again" then he'll fight someone with a pulse and get KTFO

Is Tyson so much better at this stage? Evander at least has been constantly fighting good fighters, he doesn`t fight the Kevin McBrides of this world. If Tyson`s level of competition had been higher he may have lost more than he has won!
Etitane, Nieslen, Francis are a far cry from Byrd, Toney and even Ruiz. Look at it in context, had Tyson fought at the same level at Evander he woulsd likely have a worse record. Its only that Tyson`s stop start career has allowed chinless bums to face him and delay big time losses!

I just think Tyson has more left than Holyfield because he still has some speed and power. Holyfield doesn't really have anything left at all.
