Paul Williams stops him late in my opinion. Kirkland isn't ready for Paul Williams just yet.

          Williams by late tko.

Kirkland's punches don't have much substance. He would ware out by the 7th round and Williams would just go to work on a defenseless kirkland till the ref stops the fight.

Kirkland is even easier to hit than Williams and does not have an iron chin. All he does is walk straight ahead and tries to overpower his opponents. Williams struggles with counter punchers. Williams by TKO late.

Kirkland is a lot easier to hit than Martinez and he hasn't fought anybody with a world class punch, so I'd have to go with Williams in that one. Would be exciting for sure though.

Williams by close UD, would be one hell of a fight, that's for sure.
