not "officially." the "major" details have been worked out, but there are a couple "small" things schafer has to present to the mayweather camp before its official.....once they get the ok, the fight will be March 13th, at 147, with 8 oz. gloves......

major terms have been worked out, with the biggest being the split of the purse. 147 w/ 8 oz. gloves......

there are a few minor things to be worked out, but arum says they WON'T hold up the fight.....

an official announcement of the fight should be made this week.....then let the **** talking begin!

I think they're suppose to make an official announcement on Tuesday Dec. 8.
