    Freddie Roach did it again

I know that there wasn't too much time for any kind of strategy to play out, but roach said they had been working on khan's left hook for this fight and it was the key punch, he said "we'l trade left hooks with salita any day of the week".

The left hook right hand combo worked an absolute treat, and salita had no answer for it, even when he got up he was trying to land with his own left hook, but just like roach said he ****s it and is open to a left.

Roach is a genius at finding small flaws and bad habits in an opposing boxers technique, and what I love about it is it's always pretty simple, but he'l exploit it to its maximum, pacquiao's uppercut against cotto another example.

He is gonna have real problems finding flaws in floyd jnr, but im interested to see what he comes up with.

I can’t wait to see what recipe of disaster he has for Floyd, I just hope he doesn’t show what he does when Manny spars on the 24/7 episodes he needs to do this discretely.

      Peace.

He also picks up really good fighters with flaws and hones them imo, Khan/Pac have blistering speed and ability but were very flawed before Roach. Pacs improvement is for all too see and Khan looks on the same road too, Roach talks alot of **** but he is an awesome trainer.

Gotta give some credit to Ariza too.

Yeah me too, like I said he's got his work cut out, but if anyone can formulate a good plan right now roach is the guy I think. He could have the fighter to do the job.

Yeah no doubt, but his technical knowledge is brilliant, I wasn't sure if he was the man for khan because roach is not renowned for being a defensive trainer, but he has done a brilliant job with that for both khan and pac, you tend to forget he has worked with people like james toney, etc.

It's true. Freddie's been going on about Khan's left hook for a while and what happens in the fight? Khan knocks Salita down with a left hook. Quality trainer.

Gotta feel for Salita though. Imagine dedicating your life to something for 12 weeks, day and night. And everything is blown apart in an instant.
