        We don't know Paul Williams can still effectively make 147 and Pacquiao just recently came up from 135. You want him to jump to 160 in a year and change after he started at flyweight? More NSB nonsense.

          Paul hasn't been a welter for a while now. Yeah he says he can still make the wieght, but he yet to do it.

          Paul Williams is no longer a welter weight.
