Can We All Agree That Martinez EMBARRASSES Kelly Pavlik?

It's pretty freakin obvious that Martinez would be style HELL for Pavlik. Martinez had trouble with Paul because Paul OVERWHELMS with activity, but from different angles. Paul doesn't stop punching when he gets hit. He dips and dodges instead of going into a shell which Pavlik does.

Pavlik doesn't pressure the same way Paul does. He slowly inches forward with his jab jab straight right. Soon as a combination is thrown at him, he goes into a shell and stays stationary. BECAUSE Sergio is mobile, because he's so fast, I don't see how Pavlik would be able to cut off the ring, I don't see how Pavlik's lack of versatility would be able to wear Sergio down.

This has nothing to do with overrating Martinez and everything to do with style match ups. If this fight happens, Martinez would get a UD.

Not if Martinez gets tired. Up to that point yes he would pose some bad problems for Kelly. And then theres the KO power which can change the fight. But yes in theory Martinez gives Pavlik many problems.

I still cant believe people think Pavlik would beat Williams. Even after tonight, Williams to ME at least showed Pavlik would be a sitting duck against him. I'll make a thread on it tomorrow.

I dont think he would have a problem with Kelly. Kelly isn't as physical as Williams is nor is he as CROWDING as Williams is. To me, Pavlik is like a lesser version of Kessler. Cement feet with basic boxing skills.
