Floyd needs GBP to promote his fight. Ellerbe and Haymon are both trash. They can't do anything without the help of GBP. Floyd needs a big payday with all the taxes that he needs to pay.

I predict you (v.cassiusali@ya) wants to suk on Pacquiao because that is all you say. And as far as chicken Pacquiao was the fighter that was getting all the weight advantages. To me he is the chicken. It is easy to make yourself look like a hero when you fight against fighters that was recently knocked out, old or weight-drained. Manny doesn't impress me in the slightest.

Ask me this cassius the assius. Do you think that Manny would have beaten a prime DeLaHoya? Or a prime Cotto before his lost against Margarito? Or even Ricky Hatton that fought Kostya? I don't think so. Manny is not the fighter that most of you *******s project.

It's sort of like Paul Williams' close fight with Martinez last night. Perception can be very misleading.

For all of us who post comments here on BoxingScene I have to say this is a fun way to get at each other. We have some passionate fight fans posting on these threads. Some of us are relentless, creative, knowledgable, ******, angry, easily offended, funny etc...

That being said, I do this strictly for fun and I don't have a malicious bone in my body. So since the hottest topic at this moment is the Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao fight, I have this message especially for Filipinos and those who just learned about Filipinos through Manny's success.

For a very long time Filipinos have gone through some rough times. Whether it's wars, natural catastrophies, corrupt politics or rough economic times. But through all of that Filipinos have kept their heads up and always maintained their dignity and continue to have pride. Many of them are here in this country and are second or third generation Filipinos who, I must say, are very successful here in the US and around the world. They work hard and have that added responsility of taking care of that extended family in their home land.

Flilipinos really never had something big to route for. So here comes this little guy from General Santos who used to shine shoes and sell donuts out on the street. Something that many Filipinos are at least familiar with. With hard work, an incredible work ethic and a strong faith in their religion of preference this little guy has become the talk of the sports world. This is the same story with millions of Filipinos, without the sports and fame.

All of this being said, I say let these people enjoy what they have with the little champ. This little guy means a lot to a great people. Let Filipinos party their ass off and have fun with all of this. Who knows when they will have an opportunity like this again. Filipinos deserve this.

There, I got that off my chest. Now back to the trash talking.

As much as i would like to see Floyd knocked out, i just don't think it is going to happen.
Pacman is faster when putting together combo's, but Floyd is quicker with one or two shots, that is why he is able to pot shot his way to wins so easily.
they both have good footwork, but Floyds is better defensively.
Also, Floyd is more coordinated than Pacman, I think that accounts for a lot.
So I am going with Floyd for a 12 round decision, 8 rounds to 4.
Overall, I just think Floyd will be able to stay away from all of those combo's and pot shot his way to victory.

chicken floyd is pac's easiest fight. with pac's handspeed, footspeed, power-packed hands and up-and-down combos to the head and body, why do you think chicken floyd will not be kayoed? cotto is wittier and stronger than chicken floyd but you know what happened.
