"Goossen may consider a rematch, but he'd prefer a bigger name for Williams to face."

    Unbelievable BS.

I knew they were gonna do this.

    from aptly named article:

    "A Win in a defeat"

Who needs Kelly Pavlik? Sergio Martinez proved more than a worthy challenger in giving Paul Williams all he could handle and more in a losing effort on Saturday.

Are you saying Williams doesn't deserve to pursue abig pay day now? He has only beat the likes of margarito, quintana, phillips, wright, and martinez.

A rematch would be nice, though. But I agree, both fighters can pursue bigger fights.

They will go for Pavlik.. i would love to see both fights, but its kind like the situation Cotto was in when he got beat up by Clottey.. rematch with high risk little reward or new fight with high risk but big reward in Pac.

I wish both guys could get big money opponents before fighing each other. If you pay attention to that article, it is Paul Williams who is saying he wouldn't hesitate to fight Martinez again. It's just Goosen talking that stuff of wanting Williams to go in another direction.

crazy, Williams is not a big money guy so he wants the big money fights 1st. If nothing is available then he can fall back with Sergio but he deserves a Pavlik fight if its there and it might be now for once since Pavlik probably thinks that he's vulnerable
