Spinks gets knocked out, he's always had trouble against southpaws, especially fast ones. If Lattimore had him in all sorts of trouble, but his stamina was terrible. Not only that, but Spinks doesn't have his legs anymore, it'd be an easy fight for Sergio.

If the same version of Margarito shows up from the last fight, it'll get ugly.
