This is PAUL WILLIAMS CAREER Changing FIGHT.

because now that Martinez made him look beatable, one of these fighters like Mosley, Pavlik, Mayweather or somebody is going to try to fight him now. With that being said, Williams will show everybody why he is the punisher and destroy his next opponent.

This fight was a Great fight for Williams, because now i think most(fighters) will not be scared to fight him, which will get him BIGGER money fights. Martinez is a very underrated boxer.

Now watch 2010, i think Williams will Fight a Big name fighter and Whoop em bad. It was a blessing for him for this fight to be close. It will CHANGE HIS CAREER.

I think it just proves why he hasnt been taken seriously, as the most feared man in boxing. I see your point but I doubt a big name will call him out he hasnt done enough and this just makes it worse.

One of those fighters is gonna think he's vulnerable and end up getting K the *** O'd. Martinez is a great fighter and a stylistic nightmare for Paul and he STILL pulled it out. Any of them Welters wanna step up they getting hurt BAD!

no they won't..not unless they make him put boxing gloves on his elbows...his reach and height advantage is too much

This only certified that Williams has trouble with fast, southpaw counterpunchers. Martinez basically followed Quintana's blueprint.

I think he will get some fights like he always has.

It's just Pavlik that's been ****ing this up for him.

Some of the other guys at 154 have knocked on his door before.

Williams is just beatable, like any knowledgeable person knew before this fight.

He's a great fighter. He's ****ing awesome for the sport, and I'm very glad he's around. But he can be beat, I thought Martinez edged it although I don't have a problem with Williams getting the decision.

I still think people will be hesitant to fight him. He's still awesome. Although, I'd like to see how sucking down to 147 would affect his chin/workrate.
