diuretics can be taken the evening before a weigh-in if you have problems getting down to the weight. It will make you go to the washroom and "loose" water, not recommended for frequent use though, could lead to kidney problems.
This is hardly classified as a enhancer as it wont make you energized in any shape or form, it drains you instead.
