No he wouldn't. You have to have ballz to go after PW the way Martinez did. No way does Floyd fight aggressively enough to take out Williams. Floyd doesn't have the instinct to go after a fighter as dangerous as PW. He only gets brave when his opponent slows down, and there is nothing that Floyd has that is going to slow down PW. He'd counter enough and score here and there, but he won't do enough to beat PW. Check out the first six rounds of Floyd-ODLH, then imagine Floyd v. Williams. Williams, despite his flaws, would overwhelm Floyd. There is a reason why Floyd pretends to not even know who Williams is.

Btw, Pac has no chance either. He'd have to jump up just to punch Williams in the knees.
