I was surprised in Kellerman tonight

He usually loves Williams with all his heart and soul, but had Martinez winning tonight. just didnt expect it.

In general, I thought Kellerman did an exceptionally good job tonight. Im liking him more and more. very straightfoward.

Great fight by the way. NOT a robbery, and in fact a Draw might have been an excellent score, but personally I had Martinez winning, would love to see a rematch at 154lbs.

The 11th was close I thought. Martinez was dead tired and holding a lot. Both traded punches. No one sided round

kellerman is one of the best things boxing has going for it...he's a bonafide a-list sportscaster who loves boxing more than most of us...

most of the negative feedback directed towards him seems to be racially motivated...

i dont see why a lot boxing fans dont seem to appreciate the guy...name somebody better...

Kellerman is always excellent. The hate on this board for him is rediculous. I wish HBO would just have Bob Papa and Max Kellerman do every single fight. Dump Lampley, Merchant, Lewis, and Lederman.

I agree. Some people only like him if he says somethjing that favors a fighter they like. If he praises fighters they don't like(Mayweather, Paul Williams) then he's made out to be a buffoon. Although I have no problem with most of their team (HBO).

kellerman likes counterpunchers and stylists... he's less impressed with fighters and warriors in the ring.
