The crowd chants, "Paul!," repeatedly as Williams drives home a left followed by three right jabs. Martinez catches Williams with another right hand, but Williams clinches. Martinez lands another right hook that forces Williams to hold. Martinez drops to all fours from fatigue, but rises. A firey exchange in the center of the ring includes hard rights and lefts from both southpaws, with Martinez having the edge. Martinez's round, 10-9.
