I'm a still a little bit disappointed in Mosley for wasting all that momentum from the Margarito win this year. But if he looks impressive against Berto, I still think the winner of Mayweather and Pacquiao should fight him. And I seriously doubt that is going to happen if Pacquiao beats Floyd. Say what you want about Mayweather, but Pacquiao is the one who is going to bow out and as far as I know, Floyd might possibly stick around and fight a couple more fights. Pacquiao is going to be running for politics in the PI, so that kills any chance of a Pacquiao-Mosley fight. My rooting interest might change in this fight even though I fucking hate Floyd. Lol.

I know there is still not much of a chance of Mayweather getting in the ring with Mosley for one reason or another. But not much of a chance is still better than no chance at all. And there is no chance at all that Pacquiao is going to fight Mosley. Maybe I'm wrong because he was talking about fighting Floyd after the elections were over. But I've heard Freddie Roach say plenty of times that Pacquiao would retire after a victory over Floyd, and I halfway don't blame Pacquiao. Because beating Floyd is a sweet way to go out and it would cap off Pacquiao's awesome career. But the winner of this fight shouldn't be considered the champ at 147 until they beat Mosley. No ifs, ands, or buts.

Yeah, Berto will surely give Shane a good competitive fight at least.

I called him out for that plenty of times. Like I stated in the thread. I haven't been too impressed with the aftermath of Mosley's win over Margarito, but that still doesn't change the fact he beat Margarito who was #1 at the time. Even if you or whoever aren't the biggest Mosley fan, people should realize that the lineage goes through him. Neither Pacquiao or Floyd have trumped what Shane did over Margarito when we are talking about who has the best claim to being the Welterweight champ. It's not about feeling sorry for Mosley or any other fighter. It's about going by what's right.

All WW roads lead to shane. I could see Pac going for an 8th title or Floyd going at Amir Khan lol

People who say Margs shouldn't get another penny from boxing but yet want Shane who is a cheater to fight in a mega fight. Funny how things work with boxing fans lol.
