This goes back to what Dana White said awhile back. That, the boxing promoters don't care about the sport, they just care about the quick $$$ scheme and not really care about the future of boxing.
Dana White claims boxing promoters dont care about the sport? Has he watched some of these pathetic PPV's he puts on EVERY month?

Not only that, his two biggest draws are Brock Lesnar and Kimbo Slice. One was created by Vince McMahon who's 4-1 and the other was created by YouTube who isn't even a world class fighter.

I like UFC and MMA but Dana White isn't the genius people make him out to be.

i heard reports that lesner has some serious life injuries, and probably wont fight anymore, and kimbo has been exposed by a nobody already.

Dallas would be an ideal location with the huge stadium and the big screen TV....if only there was more to do there! You'd basically be going just for the fight and nothing else.

Even New Orleans would be more exciting, imagine hitting Bourbon Street for food and the jazz bars after the fight.

Maybe it's wrong of me to want some extra entertainment and I should just be happy that we got the fight. But if you're going to spend $$$ and travel you want to make sure you get your money's worth.

At least that's how I see it.
