Carl Froch will defend his WBC super-middleweight title against Mikkel Kessler in Copenhagen on 17 April.
For both fighters it is their second appearance in the Super Six super-middleweight tournament.
Nottingham's Froch opened his campaign with a scrappy points victory over Andre Dirrell in October while Dane Kessler was upset by Andre Ward.
Defeat for Kessler would almost certainly end his hopes of making the semi-finals of the Super Six.
Froch's promoter Mick Hennessy said: "We've confirmed a date of 17 April. It will take place in Denmark and will be on at around 10pm in the evening UK time which is great news for British fight fans.
"It's going to be an absolutely massive event and it should attract a huge audience. It's an incredible fight between two of the world's best and most exciting fighters.
"Carl proved with that sensational KO over Jermain Taylor that he can go into the lion's den and beat the very best in the world and I've no doubt he'll prove that again against Kessler."
Froch, 32, fought Taylor in Mashantucket, Connecticut in April, coming from behind and knocking the former middleweight king out in the dying seconds to retain his world title.
He then beat Dirrell on a split decision at the Trent FM Arena to remain undefeated in 26 fights.
Pre-tournament favourite Kessler, however, was totally outclassed by former Olympic champion Ward in November before losing on a technical decision, losing his WBA belt in the process.

According to BILD Mikkel Kessler's fight with Carl Froch and Andre Wards fight with Jermain Taylor has been pushed to April 17. It will be a doubleheader on SHOWTIME.
Arthur Abrahams fight with Andre Direll is moved from January to March 6. That fight is likely to be staged at a Palm Springs Casino.
