exactly. i play rugby in college and i use a supplement stack to minimize recovery time. it consists of creatine, arginine, vitamins, protein, branched chain amino acids(bcaa), and fish oil(natures body cure). when i run out of any of this stuff im down for about twice as long as normal. It has elevated my athletic ability 10 fold and my doctor agrees that i have never been healthier.
Supplements are not cheating. Its really no different from having a perfect diet. Supplements just make it easier to get the things your body needs.

NEVER TAKE GNC AMP MUSCLE IGNITER!!!!!!!!!!! I took two doses and got SEVERE chest pains and thought i was about to have a heart attack. come to find out it ha 400 MG'S of CAFFEINE in a SINGLE DOSE!!!!! the only and last time i will ever take a pre-workout supplement.
