He looked very sluggish against Diaz and he is fighting at 140 because if he lost all the weight he just put on.........Jones after fighting Ruiz fighting Tarver. He is trying to slowly lose the weight. 7 pounds of muscle is a lot of extra weight, muscle is much heavier than fat.
