Who had the more devastating straight. Manny or Hearns?

Hearns's straight obviously had more power. Not just overall (as you'd expect from the size difference), but hurt his opponents more badly than Pacquiao's straight does to his.

Pacquiao's is arguably more effective though, as he can land it so often against just about everyone he faces. He finds the angle at which to throw it and land it between the gloves of his opponents. To the best of my knowledge, he hasn't had many problems in terms of injuries as well, while Hearns had hand problems.

LOL, Hearns hit Hagler with the kitchen sink in rd 1 of their fight and couldnt knock him down just buzz him. John the bEAST Mugabi had 26 Kos in 26 fights and couldnt even knock Halger down once. In fact, hagler took so many blows and even kidney punches and urinated blood after the fight; still didnt go down. If JMM, Larios, & Barerras can last the distance, than so can hagler who's only official KD in 67 fights was a flash slip.
