Some of both. This is well documented. I'm disappointed that the fight isn't at 154 either, but Williams may have still been drained on short notice if he scheduled it at 154. And Martinez had a fight scheduled on the Diaz-Malinaggi card that got canceled and it was to take place at a catch weight of 158. Nobody has a size advantage in this fight. That **** is rubbish.

He has the talent IMO, but it seems he really doesn't care enough whether he succeeds.

Talent, are you serious? Dude has no sort of talent what so ever man!!! He is not even an average fighter. This Arreola guy is an embarrassment at best, and not just because of his weight, he just sucks period.
