Prediction: Mayweather vs Pacquiao

I'm actually not sure about this one.

You can say Mayweather will beat Pacquiao because Pacquiao's not good against counter-punchers (ie. Marquez) and Mayweather is considered the better counter-puncher.

You can also say that Pacquiao will beat Mayweather because of his speed. The last time Mayweather came across speed like that was against Judah and Judah was beating him in the early rounds. The difference between Pacquiao and Judah is that Pacquiao has great power with the speed.

If I had to take a guess, as of right now, I would go with Mayweather by decision.
