AMIR KHAN has been told he is getting a raw deal from his trainer Freddie Roach.
Dmitriy Salita taunted Khan before attempting to dethrone the WBA world light-welterweight champion in Newcastle tomorrow.
Salita insists the Bolton star is forced to play second fiddle to Manny Pacquiao in the Roach camp.
Roach claims he has overseen the training of 26 champions with four reigning title holders working out from his Wild Card gym in Los Angeles.
His brightest star is Pacquiao, who is rated the best pound-for-pound fighter on the planet after his amazing win over Miguel Cotto last month.
But Salita, 27, reckons Roach and conditioner Alex Ariza have been neglecting Khan to spend more time on sharpening Pacquiao's amazing power.
New Yorker Salita said: "You can't dance at two different weddings at the same time.
"This is not just my opinion, these are facts. I am just making observations that anybody can see.
"Khan says he has had his best camp ever. But Alex was only there for the last month because he was in the Philippines with Pacquiao.
"Anyone knows that your hard-core conditioning work needs to be there 8-12 weeks before the fight - not the last month when you are just running.
"Khan's whole camp has been aggressive and that is not Freddie's nature. That made me think the aggression is to make up for something lacking in the camp.
"I have just seen little things about their camp which don't make sense. I have been around for ever and this kind of aggression doesn't get to me."
Roach is predicting a mid-fight knockout, insisting Khan, 22 will have too much power and speed for Salita to handle.
But the American insisted: "Freddie is telling Amir fairytales and it is up to me to put Amir to sleep. I have total respect for Freddie but he has been talking this fight up a lot."
