Cotto was red hot at the time to and I thought Floyd would want that fight but he never even try to make the fight. He basically said who was Cotto when allthe boxing fans know that that was the fight to be made. Eversince I knew Mayweather was afraid of certain match. I already knew what was gong to happen after he got punked by
    Mosley.
Folks...The idea that PBF ducked any of these fighters borders on LUNACY...Arum can say anything and just because you love his boxer you believe anything he says??? He's a Bitter a$$ friggin' PROMOTER!!! He's always going to make his fighter look like they're getting the short end of the stick...

The three fights that are MOST discussed when it comes to PBF DUCKING ARE...Margarito, Cotto and Mosely...

    1. Margarito...PBF wasn't scared of Margarito...He was making a point to Arum, who was refusing to PAY him!!! Why do people not understand this...This is EASY to make sense of!!!

Many of you don't realize how much Arum takes from his fighters, especially if your under contract with Top Rank...He will intentionally sit on fighters career if HE doesn't get what he wants...This was PBF's position...IF I can fight Baldomir for 8 million why can't you pay me more for Margarito...This is when PBF mentioned the 10-12 million dollar figure - and that number unlike the 8 Million cut into Arum's 27%...If that means ducking to you then we really don't have an argument - we have a difference of DEFINITIONS. This is EASY to understand and you don't need any special info...but if you believe Arum or Hate PBF -This is easy to determine by the images in the persons signature...

    2. Cotto...This is easy also - Again another Arum fighter...Both Arum and Cotto were at the Gatti fight as the Cotto fight was being dicussed as a possibility...Newsflash - Arum decline the fight opportunity to PBF after that fight...Why is this never discussed??? Why because PBF didn't care as he was moving on to the mother of Paydays - ODLH!!! Again Easy!!!

    3. Mosely...PLEASE!!! This has been debunked so many times - Mosely DECLINED PBF TWICE - Once for a toothache and the other to spend time with his family!!! Period end of story!!! Newsflash...He's fighting him next and Mosely is #3 P4P and the #1 rated Lineal WW Champ!

    But he's a DUCKER???

Newsflash!!! There isn't one boxer in the past 20 years that you can't find some hint of so-called ducking - YOUR FAVORITE FIGHTER INCLUDED - NOONE IS EXCLUDED - If not make a thread and I bet your fighter gets ripped to shreads!!! That goes for PAC, PBF, PAVILK, BHOP, RJJ, KLITCH BROS, COTTO, etc...

...Folks...unfortunately boxing is also a business and fighters NOW want to get paid THEIR fair share...Especially when they are bringing in the money

theres no reason why he can't make the Mosley fight happen now. this one fight would erase any thoughts of Floyd avoiding the best opposition. then Pac later in 2010 and his legacy is cemented. hope he makes it happen. he's great to watch and it would be a disappointment to see him in the ring with anyone besides the top ww or jr middleweights. the only guy below 147 i would like to see him fight is Bradley, but i don't see that happening.

C'mon folks, Floyd is looking to fight the best fighters in his weight class. Sh@t, they're on his hit list, that why he came back.

          Top welters like:

          Matthew Hatton
          Saul Alvarez
          Nate Campbell
          Paulie the Guido

Otherwise, you can't be seriously convinced that Floyd is not a ducker since he hasn't fought any legit top WW since Judah.
Oh, maybe cuz the same people (you) were saying he was duckin Baldomir when he fought Judah while Baldomir held the official belts and was the champ at the time so he had to fight him?

Oh, and maybe cuz right after the Baldomir fight he finally got the fight he's been asking for years prior that, which was the De La Hoya fight for 25+ million dollars?

Oh, and maybe cuz after the Baldomir fight he said he'd have one more fight and he'd retire? And STILL went back on his word AFTER the De La Hoya fight to fight Ricky Hatton, whom btw many of the same people (like you) were claiming he was dodging years before that bout too?

              And then retired.

So now what? I answered your question.

Who's trolling, bro? I may have jabbed in some sarcasm, but it isn't trolling because it is salient to the discussion. You claim he's not ducking the top welters. So I put in a list of folks he's been trying to set up fights with. Are they relevant to the discussion? Yes. Have you answered them? No.

floyd can call out who he wants but if he never made an attempt to make the fight happen it don't count. As far as I know floyds people hasn't made any offers to damn near that whole list.
