That is true that Castillo fought Stevie. That fight was made after Floyd turned down the Stevie fight, do to a style. That is a clear duck. It had nothing to do with money, or who he was (Stevie was considered the man with the WBC belt).

Stevie and Castillo fought twice. Watch the fights and determain who you think won Both. Most say Stevie was robbed...But whatever.

The Spadafors stuff is on youtube. I have no links for the Stevie stuff, but like I said, if you have been following Floyds career like you say, you know I'm not making it up.

I think that sparring session really helped him. Because he was never out of shape again like that ever. So Spadafora prolly helped him in a way.

Because too many of those fights never happened. There are just too many could have, should have fights left on the table with Floyd. He is fighting Manny now, and will almost certainly fight Mosley afterwards, so this can all become irrelevant.

Before Floyd Mayweather left Top Rank he made it a point to CALL OUT EVERYONE..ALL OF THE BIGGER NAMES THAN HIM....in all of his POST FIGHT interviews(Proof in the Video below), Prince Nassem, Joel Casamoyar, Acelino Frietas, Paul Spadafora, Jose Louis Castillo, Kostya Tszyu, Stevie Johnson, Juan Lazcano, Oscar De La Hoya, Shane Mosley, Arturo Gatti, Miguel Cotto, and Ricky Hatton: Coincidentally Mayweather was still under contract with Bob arum/Top Rank.......



It seems to me that Mayweather didn’t get the reputation as a “Ducker” until Bob Arum started spewing it into the media and websites AFTER Mayweather left Top Rank....Bob Arum BITTER about his STAR leaving Top Rank went on a Media Blitz to discredit Mayweather while attempting to push his fighter MARGARITO in the limelight by promoting "fear propaganda" and associating his name to Mayweather's......I mean this is the same Bob Arum that didn't want to put Miguel Cotto in with Mayweather when they were @140lbs and BOTH with Top Rank.....now Mayweather is scared of Cotto?

I wonder why Mayweather wasn't considered a ducker until he bought out his contract for Bob Arum for 750K and made 8 Million vs Carlos Baldomir, 25 Million vs Oscar De La Hoya, 20 Million vs Ricky Hatton????

It's because Floyd got away from him and made millions, appeared on WWE, dancing with the stars, became the face of boxing almost over night, all because Mayweather had the foresight to leave Bob Arum for 750,000 dollars. Its obvious Bob arum hasn’t been able to live it down , he now spends his time trying to verbally destroy mayweather whenever possible!

Bro, the fight that was supposed to happen was the Stevie fight. Floyd turned it down, then jumped all over the Castillo one...Take it however you want.

Spadafora called Floyd out over and over. The sparring was the reason for it.

Thank god, there is hope for this forum after all. I thought everyone on here were complete dumbasses. Everybody all of a sudden loves Pacman. Mayweather have been beating asses for a decade now and still undeated. Theres no one in his class alive, and actively fighting today. He is right up there with Muhamed ALI,Suga Ray Robinson,Jack jOHNSON,Ray lenard, Hagler,Herns,tyson and holems. They can hate but 20 years from now the fighter recognized as the greatest of this era will definaly be Floyd Mayweather, AKA MONEY AKA PRETTY BOY. THANKS GUYS. We must ban together and support our African American Black Brother. The G.O.A.T!!
