I was worried that March 13th will be on the weekend of the start of the NCAA tourney. For those of you who dont know, the tourney is the 2nd biggest sporting event in the US behind the Super Bowl. The good thing is that the fight is on the 13th and the tourney doesnt start until the 16th. However, thats only a few days before and the tourney gets mad coverage. Also, March Madness really starts before the tourney. It starts during the conference tourney and there will surely be some good games on that Saturday Night.
However, I still think all that is a good thing. I could see everyone being excited for the Tourney and after the game ends, everyone goes looking for the fight. Or they go to the game and leave out going straight somewhere to watch the fight. I bet even on all of the Tourney coverage they themselves will be talking about how bad they want to see the fight. Its almost like the perfect date that sits right in the middle of everything because most of the Conference Championship games will be on the 14th. Should be fun
