he agreed maybe to the purse split agreements but he has his own demands/requests as well. we'll find out maybe next week after arum goes back to golden boy.
WHY THE F**K did Pac sign without knowing the most esscential thing of all?

"but A- Al, h-he'll hit me back, we c-can't have that i-in a Mayweather fight. So lets just make up s-some bull**** about the o-opponent not being a b-big enough name to sell P-PPVs. Yea, that'll work, my f-fans are pretty gullible and h-hang on every word I say anyways".Last edited by Vasyl’s dad; 12-04-2009, 01:51 PM.Comment

He didn't sign a contract. Neither did Mayweather. Both of them just agreed to the terms of the fight.
Pacquiao made a couple of requests that Arum is taking back to Golden Boy. None of those demands are dealbreakers. The contract should be ready to be drafted and signed before the holiday.
People are taking the 154 quote from Roach too seriously. I'm sure it's true but Floyd probably threw it out there as a negotiating start point knowing that it wouldn't go anywhere. That's what you do in a negotiation. You come to the table with the best offer possible for you, see what your partner has to offer and then come with an agreement from there.Comment

If you listen to Arum, and listen to Roach, the two messages are conflicting. Arum says that they have "very minor" issues to work out. Roach says they have weight and gloves.
Either way... Pac was willing to fight Yuri Foreman in March at 154, so Pac should be willing to fight Floyd in March at 154.Comment

Yup, just like Floyd,
"but A- Al, h-he'll hit me back, we c-can't have that i-in a Mayweather fight. So lets just make up s-some bull**** about the o-opponent not being a b-big enough name to sell P-PPVs. Yea, that'll work, my f-fans are pretty gullible and h-hang on every word I say anyways".
Floyd will get Pacquiao in the ring soon enough...and Pac or Floyd fans can do anything then...Comment
