I say it is, and that the fight shouldn't be made if these are the weight-games Floyd wants to play. Whats next a 30 foot ring or maybe a 50 foot ring?

Mayeather didn't look like Mayweather against Oscar. It'd be bad for both, more so for Mayweather who doesn't have that much of a workrate and needs those 8 oz gloves to get his punches threw. It's bad all around so I'm gonna wait and see if Roach is telling the truth.

when he wins it won't be a title defense, so disadvantage.

                'Clearly'

buuuuuuuuuut, if roach and Pacquiao were planning on fighitng Yuri at 154, what's the difference? Unless roach was cherrypicking Yuri it should not be all that relevant.

You would think it would be a disadvantage, but Pacquiao seems to get better and better as the weight goes up. He obviously has to have a limit though, so we'll see, if that's what ends up happening.
