Why do some people refer to Pacquiao as "The Pacman"?
Is it like "THE Ohio State University", or "THE U"
I don't get it.

Well people started calling him pac, short for pacquiao, then pacman just evolved from that

There was a writer that refers to him as "THE Pacman," his reasoning is that he's that good.
And needs the "The" lol.
