Don't be a knee-jerk reacting idiot.

This is a ploy to get the fight at 147. It's like asking for 60/40 to get to the eventual 50/50. You don't start out asking for 50/50 right away or they will **** you.

By asking for 154, he hopes to get 147. If he had asked for 147, Manny's people would've asked for that catchweight of145, and this negates that.
