this was a boxing scene article?ok...the headline BELOW says that Mayweather has signed...so with your logic, this thread is POINTLESS..
Mayweather shown the money and signs to fight Pacquiao
He was shown the money and just could not resist signing on the dotted line. Floyd Mayweather Jr. is signed, sealed and delivered to fight Manny Pacquiao for the right to be called the pound-for-pound best in boxing. ESPN boxing writer Dan Rafael broke the big news last night and reported Pacquiao’s promoter Bob Arum is on his way to the Philippines to get the Filipino star’s agreement to terms for the mega fight which would take place in either March or May of 2010.
For whatever reason, a great number of boxing fans, Manny Pacquiao supporters in particular, have been adamant that Floyd Mayweather Jr. would not have the courage to get this deal done and attempt to reclaim his title as the best in boxing. This chatter was very surprising, considering the great deal of money at stake. Additionally, Mayweather is quite possibly the greatest counterpuncher and defensive master the sport has seen in the last forty years. So what should he have been afraid of?
If anything, Floyd Mayweather Jr. should be emboldened, given his complete shutout and dominant performance over Juan Manuel Marquez, a man whom Manny Pacquiao has gone life and death with twice in the ring before. Also, Pacquiao’s ultra-aggressive style should play right into Floyd Mayweather’s greatest strength.
Mayweather has always been able to use his opponents’ aggression to open up his own opportunities on the offensive end by taking punches on the shoulders or gloves and returning fire with clean, hard counterpunches. Granted, Manny Pacquiao is super fast and his punches come from all angles, so he may end up being the exception to Mayweather’s rule.
Now the ball is in Manny Pacquiao’s court. His trainer Freddie Roach has been doing a lot of talking on behalf of the Pacquiao camp about how his fighter is going to whip Mayweather. It will be fun to see him try.Comment

financial worth has nothing to do with intelligence.
there's some guy walking around with master degrees right now who can't get a job.
just because 2 high school dropouts can make $100 mil. don't mean they're smart.Comment

the point i'm making is that, since the article that you are speaking of says that Manny has signed in the TITLE..this that I link says the same thing...doesn't mean that they BOTH ACTUALLY SIGNED??
I'm using your logicComment
