I am a fan of both fighters. But I will admit I think Mayweather skill is unmatched. With that being said I also think Floyd is a lot smarter than most people give him credit for. I have watched the fight with Marquez many, many times and I have came to a conclusion even though Mayweather has said it, I really believe he could have knocked him out if he wanted to but he wanted some ring work.

However I think there was more to it than that. He dominated Marquez just enough to have some leverage in negotiating, and didn't do enough to scare off Arum and Roach. Him dropping his hands, throwing very few overhand rights, throwing nothing but the left hook and the jab. I really think he fought that way to trick Pac and Roach into game planning incorrectly. I know it sounds crazy but i really think Mayweather plans to bust Pac up real good. I mean Maywether is obsessed with being considered an ATG. What better way to show it then to beat the **** out of the person they are comparing to Henry Armstrong and Sugar Ray Robinson(which is str8 up bull****).

I really believe Mayweather plans to embarass him. Whether he can do it is the ultimate question. In my humble opinion I think he can. Pac could not stop Cotto's jab for anything. What do you thin May is going to do with a stronger jab and longer arms. I think its going to be pretty nasty quite honestly. I want a great fight but I think it is going to be a complete destruction...all planned by Floyd. Then he will fight the winner of the Berto/Mosley fight and if he wins will retire P4P king, ATG, and Lineal WW champion, and shut all his doubters mouths for good.

Don't be mad...I am just calling it how I percieve it. But maybe I am giving Floyd too much credit. But I do not think so.

The more I hear and read about Arum, the better he turns out to be. He gives the strong impression that not only is he a decent human being, but he's also, inhis own way, a humanitarian.
