I saw cotto train at top rank gym rite before the manny fight and I saw that he wasn't very quick like he was before and didn't react sharply .hopefully that is what he is going to improve along with defense.but the stubborness continues..

Im a fan of cotto's but I'm not gonna have any high hopes for him until he picks up a legit trainer. To be honest I would like to see him get emanuel steward. He wouldnt drastically change cotto but he would correct his bad habits. Guy has heart but if the manny beat down didn't wake him up i dont know wat will

If he was fighting in March or April, then Castillo would be fine. But if he's gonna take 7 months between the Pacquiao fight to June 12 and fight only once or twice more anyway, then Castillo is a waste of time. Cintron, Collazo, the Berto-Mosley loser, or even the 4th WW belt holder would be a more credible win than Castillo. If you lose, then you know its time to call it quits. But if you win, you are worthy of one more big fight (Mosley, PWill, or dare I say even Mayweather, if he cannot secure the Pac fight)

Yes i will admit that myself at first had my assumptions that margarito cheated on the cotto fight. But after predicting before they fought that cotto was gonna get ko because he couldn't deal with pressure and seeing the same result against clottey that proved to me that margarito didn't cheated for the cotto fight at least for that one fight. Also i remember seeing that fight on hbo that when margarito was getting wrapped his uncle was there looking or a member from his corner. Now also there was more evidence when i saw cotto's face after he got beat by pacquiao his faced looked very similar to what marg did or maybe worst than that his face was a mess. Now lastly if cotto really knows (thinks) that margarito really cheated because that's what i interpret when he does interviews why doesn't he face him again to avenge his loss i mean he would beat him easily if he is right??. But deep down cotto knows that margarito didn't cheated he is just using that as an excuse to avoid the rematch and not get called a coward.

**** is like if i fought somebody and i was almost beating him and i got my ass kicked but then found out he was using brass knuckels or plaster **** i will be more than confident on a rematch knowing he wouldn't do the same damage anymore since that illegal stuff is not there anymore, but cotto knows that margarito has his number and he doesn't want to get his ass kicked again and another loss on his record.

Why cotto talks about margarito not making a penny out of him if in their first encounter margarito brough in more people than him well anyways this fight would of been huge if cotto wouldn't of lost to pac now it makes no sense and there wouldn't be no more interest.
