World champions JUAN MANUEL “JuanMa” LOPEZ, STEVEN LUEVANO and YURIORKIS GAMBOA, and Top-10 contender ROGERS MTAGWA will kickoff the new decade in separate world featherweight title fights, Saturday, January 23, in the WaMu Theater in the “Mecca of Boxing,” Madison Square Garden. Lopez, the World Boxing Organization (WBO) junior featherweight champion, will be moving up to challenge WBO featherweight titlist STEVEN LUEVANO, while Gamboa defends his World Boxing Association championship belt against top-10 contender ROGERS MTAGWA. Lol, luevano looks like a 6th grade wanna be thug, he dresses more "thug" than The way he fights.lopez should handle him, he has moved up in weight and looks to be pretty much healed up.Rogers looked like he is already beat up under the left eye.looking forward to the double header.Last edited by the mesiah; 12-03-2009, 09:57 PM.Comment

Yeah he looks like some little teenager. I think Gamboa should beat Mtagwa by UD or late stoppage. But you never know with a rough touch guy like Mtagwa, Gamboa will surely get hit with something.Comment
