floyd could have fought the top welterweights and competition back then, in his terms since he was p4p #1. but he pussied out and retired and probably creaming his pants when top dawgs fight each other out.

Ok everybody ducks at sometime or another but pacquiao is ducking one of maybe the fight of the century.and floyd is the biggest ducker .no. Eventually he will get around to mosley
