If PBF was so serious with his offer...

Why hasn't he signed the contract?

The contract was agreed to by Mayweather's representatives, but the boxer has yet to sign.

because Manny hasn't agreed to the terms, why sign the contract when the other side isn't happy with it?

Smart? You mean smart enough to fool all the stans into thinking Pac's the duck for not signing yet?

well said, it takes 2 boxers to negotiate a fight...but i believe Pacman will sign.

then why all the duck accusations against Pac? Even if Pac signed the contract it wouldn't be official until both sigs are on the document.

I understand why he did it though, its a first offer, even Floyd doesn't expect Pac to accept this version of the contract. My point is people are jumping the gun on calling Pac a duck.

So this is another excuse as to why the fight hasn't been made yet?

Arums own words are giving the "Pac is ducking" talk power, not Floyd.

Simple,if Manny tries to be tough Floyd will become tougher and we will see whose ass is owned.Manny has a history of being childish in contracts and doesnt honour his word.If Floyd had signed it would give Manny unnecessary leverage the way he was against Cotto.

Lol the fight is in negotiations yet Floyd stans are expecting the fight to be signed already. Who honestly expects both parties to be happy with the initial offers!?!
