See, I just always disagree with the notion of "the man who closes strong deserves to win the fight".

Fights are scored on a round by round basis. I though Marquez won enough rounds to win the fight, including the knockdown in the 12th. I agree that it was a very close fight, and I love both guys, but I think the wrong man won.

Obviously I'm not crying robbery or anything, it was very close, but it seems like the scoring on that fight NEVER comes into question for some reason.

The younger fighters can fight each other and make names for themselves without fighting these too.
Plus these guys are just linked together in boxing history a 4th fight and they both retire would be ideal. Unless Rafa wins then maybe a 5th haha.

marquez was robbed of a draw by the incompetent ref. he took a point away for a shot right on the belt line. he basically ruined the entire fight with his over officiating.

Nope. You're not the only one. Rafa got jobbed by Russell for that ****ty fake low blow call and by the judges.

                  He shouldve had a U.D.

One big round from Izzy doesn't win the fight.

Rafa by murder in the 4th fight.

Rather see vasquez vs caballero - marquez vs john or vice verse
