Pacquiao keeps ducking Floyd for some reason, I don't understand why, since his Master Roach has called Floyd fragile and feather-fisted and even predicted a K.O victory for Pac.

Now he's using his "run for office" and "wapakman" movie, and his "injuries" to avoid a fight in March, that so conviniently for Pac he can only fight if it's against Yuri Foreman, but not "fragile" "feather-fisted" Floyd.

Floyd has even agreed to not fight in May and fight in March so it wouldn't affect Pac's "run for office" and Pac still doesn't want to sign!

Pacquiao is ducking Floyd, nothing will change my mind until Pac steps up and signs the contract.
