Why can they fight for the 154 title in March but not Floyd who has agreed to March 13th?

Arum thought Floyd would hold up talks so that it couldnt happen in March and thought September might work better but, Pac is ducking so will it still happen in September (that is if Pac doesnt have a new profession)?

this is called projection. its a way to psychologically compensate for your own fears, worries or anxieties by projecting them on someone else. He says Floyd is scared and not ready for March only because he knows his fighter isn't ready for that date......just too much back and forth- this is what happens when you put a mic and a camera in front of Freddie 24 hours a day smh.
