3. Pacquiao can not fight in May because of Politics, but he can fight in March
4. Mayweather doesnt want to fight in March
5. Pacquiao cant fight in March because he wont be ready for Mayweather
6. Pacquiao cant fight in March because of Politics
7. Pacquiao wants 60-40
