One have to admit Mayweather win this one but we should understand boxing matches are specific...The trainer will formulate a fight strategy to battle their opponent. Therefore we can't really say they have to adapt during the fight since they are already well planned for.

Mayweather for sure. That's his strongest quality, is adaptation.

You just wanted to see Mayweather win a poll in NSB for once eh? lol

Oh and Mayweather adjusts better, far better within the ring. Pacquiao can adjust but not past a point.

That first guy and Dwyer are two completely different styles. The first guy is obviously much younger and focuses mostly on Mayweather material, in a comedic manner, whereas Dwyer is much more serious, all-encompassing, and deeply analytical with the gamblers perspective always in mind. I don't see why a comparison between the two would be made in the first place to be honest, there's really no similarity there.

mayweather has used one style ever since. and has been avoiding more competetive boxers.

pac is the proven and tested example of a fighter adjusting to each of his opponents style.

the choice is a no brainer.

I'd have to go with Mayweather, and by quite a long shot too. For all Manny's virtues as a fighter, adaptability is not one of them.

Thanks to Roach his preparation is excellent though, so often his gameplans are so on point that he needn't adapt anyway.

It is rare that Pac have to adapt. His first plan often works for him. It's PBF. I'd rate Marquez/EM ahead of Pac in this department.

Floyd...Roach is good at developing gameplans for Pacquiao...idk if Roger Mayweather ever does that for Floyd...

Very true. It evens out because of Roach. Pbf's versatility against Roach's gameplans.
