Roach said Pac needs more training to beat Mayweather hence a late July, September time frame would be best. Basically, it's an idea that makes logical sense as we all know Mayweather has the skills needed to win a UD.

Roach == Looking out for PacMan and wants him in the best possible condition before fighting mayweather.

Arum == Just wants to make a quick buck knowing his cash cow will be retiring soon.

Arum is trying to save PAc's reputation but Pac doesn't care anymore, the money changed him, he now disobeys his Master Freddie, and his Boss Arum.
