WBA super flyweight champion Vic “Raging Bull” Darchinyan’s promoter Gary Shaw says that after the Australian’s title defense against Mexico’s Tomas Rojas (32-11-1, 22 KO’s) he would be ready for a rematch with Nonito “The Filipino Flash” Donaire, currently (22-1, 14 KO’s) who won the IBF and IBO flyweight belts with a one-punch 5th round knockout of Darchinyan on July 7, 2007. i really dont see a point in this rematch considering how uncompetitive the first fight was. i cant imagine what kind of adjustments darchinyan could make to make it more competitive.Comment

Darchinyan has been fighting top level guys while Donaire has been fighting joruneymans and bums.
That will tell if the too gets into the rematch.
I think Darchinyan is way stringer at 115 and he has more composure now.Comment
