You all are pawns in Freddy Roach's game. He laughs at all of you and all the people in the business when he makes comments like this.

You all have to remember that Freddy Roach is a trainer to Manny Pacquiao and that is it. He does not make decisions on weights, dates or purse splits. Sure he makes comments about it all the time but it is simply humorous for him to stir the pot. He likes seeing his name in the headlines and it boost his notoriety.

I love Roach as a trainer and I think he is the best hands down. But he is a trainer. Next topic.

here's my theory:

1. march is okay for pacquiao , however , roach would prefer to delay it further to give mayweather a longer layoff.

2. may for roach is perfect (8 month layoff for floyd only 6 for pac) but the ****** congress thing will mess with pacquiao's training. imagine how many distractions he had for cotto without running for congress.

3. september is too late. yes no election distractions but mayweather would have taken a tuneup and that screws roach's plan of fighting a floyd with a long layoff.



in the end roach will go with march. it's not what he wants but pacquiao's ****** political stuff messed with his plans.

I'm not so much worried that Pac doesn't want the fight, he'll fight anyone anytime, but I'm worried his camp will sabotage this fight. Pac clearly doesn't seem to get into actual details of who he fights other than saying "sure, I'll fight him."

Expect Floyd to come out soon screaming duck from every rooftop if there are any delays from Pac's side.

This fight will eventually happen sometime next year. Team Pacquiao is doing the right thing in assuring that the Pacman 'Machine" is in tip-top shape. Mayweather can wait and all these "ducking" issues being floated around here won't matter anyway. The result of this fight will turn out the same with a victorious Pacman by overwhelming KO or TKO.
