If Pac wouldn't have been ready to fight on March 13, Roach and Arum wouldn't have been talking about that date all along. Pac has weeks to recover before starting to train in Jan. There's really no reason for him to not take the fight. If he doesn't even his own promoter said it will make him look bad. Kinda simple, and I don't really even like Mayweather, but he fooled all you Pac nuthuggers by saying yes so quickly.

What excuse? The fight gonna happen just not when floyd and Arum want it to happen. Manny is all about ego right now and I seriously doubt anyone outside of roach is gonna be able to demand anything from him.

Oh no I agree with you that Manny took advantage of Oscar but I don't wanna see somthing like that in this fight. i wanna see both of them at 100% and i want people to just shut the *** up and let the fight happen.

To be honest I didn't think this fight would happen till the fall anyhow.

Im glad to see that Pac is going up against Floyds Ego...I love it.
After seeing Pac get everything he wanted in the Cotto fight(and of course it doesnt matter because it wouldnt have changed the outcome).
Why is it now such an issue when Floyd is trying to get everything he wants (It also wont affect the outcome. right?..lmao

that's what i dont ****ing get. let the dude recover and do what he wants with his much needed vacation.

i want this two guys to fight but i want it to be fair and square where they both are fully recovered and train at the right time.

You need to tell this **** to Freddie Roach and Bob Arum. They are the ones who said Pacquaio would be fighting in March, whether it was Mayweather or Yuri Foreman or someone else. They were talking about him fighting in March 2010 before the Cotto bout, so I am sure they cleared it with Manny first. Now, that Floyd has called their bluff, Pacquaio suddenly needs time to rest and recover and go on vacation. This sounds just like Mosley's "I have a toothache and want to go on vacation, so I can't fight Mayweather" excuse.

Also, none of the haters on this site had any problem with a March fight when they thought Mayweather didn't want it. Now, all of a sudden, that is too soon.

Pac's team said that and Pac's team can say Pac is fighting Floyd tomarrow but that doesn't mean it's gonna happen. Who cares what Pac's "team" said because Pac's team is not Manny himself. Manny's making a movie right now and to be honest I think fighting is the last thing on his mind. If you wanna place any blame on anyone then blame it on Pac's negotiators. When has pac ever negotiated any of his fights?

Nice point but personally I dont think MOST people care or will even remember.
All they know is Hoya lost and Cotto lost. Did anyone have an advantage, on timing, weights, glove sizes, ring size? I dont know, all I know is Pac won.
So if Pac loses because Floyd gets all he wants, thats all we all remember.
